I really enjoy reading your posts about permaculture, sustainability and healthy living.
I have 3 girls who need lunches every day at school and with no option for occasional canteen lunches. They are not fans of sandwiches so I'm always looking for other ideas, especially ones that freeze well. The girls love helping to make the items at the weekends. Just wondering if your herb crepes freeze well?
Current favourites include pizza scrolls and sausage rolls (both including as many home grown veggies as I can squeeze into them!)
