					<description><![CDATA[Thanks Morag, I often see teff but had no idea how to use it. I know i eat way too much wheat flour, my system is ok with gluten but I often think we are not supposed to eat so much of it. I have been making lots of sourdough breads lately and I find, as it is more complex, it is more filling, needing only one piece of bread or toast, I should think that this teff bread would be the same. Thanks again for the recipe and have a wonderful Wednesday.&lt;br /&gt;Fi]]></description>
