I have sourced 100% recycled toilet paper that uses no plastic wrapping. I buy it periodically, in bulk and it's delivered for free to where I live. It's delivered the next day, in a big cardboard box which I can easily reuse or breakdown. It works out at $1 per roll but each roll is double length too. Best option I've been able to find.
